Returns & Refund Policy

At AlphaMed, we are committed to delivering high-quality PPE products you can rely on. Due to the nature of personal protective equipment and health safety regulations, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on products once they have been shipped.

Why We Do Not Accept Returns

For the safety of our customers, PPE items—including gloves, masks, and protective apparel—cannot be restocked or resold once they leave our facility. This ensures that every product you receive is new, unused, and uncompromised.

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We stand behind the quality of our products and will make things right if there is an issue.

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged in transit

  • Defective

  • Incorrect (wrong item or quantity)

 

Please contact us within 5 business days of delivery at info@alphamedppe.com with the following:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue (including packaging if damaged)

  • A brief description of the problem

 

Once reviewed, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include:

  • Replacement of the affected product

  • Partial or full refund

  • Store credit (if applicable)

 

Shipping Issues

If your shipment is visibly damaged upon delivery, please note this with the carrier if possible and take photos immediately. This helps us expedite claims and resolve your issue faster.

 

Order Accuracy & Final Sale

We encourage customers to carefully review product specifications, sizing, and quantities before placing an order. If you have any questions prior to purchase, our team is happy to assist.
